Abstract
In article the methodology of a problem of efficiency of political parties is developed. The author defines position of political parties in political system of Russia, placing emphasis on functioning of institutes, allocates criteria of an estimation of efficiency of representative institutes. It is recommended for students of a speciality "Political science".
